I have a great suggestion for F & V trains after Culver Viaduct Phase II is completed.
1)V train would start & end their trips at Kings Highway. In the morning to Manhattan, V trains would operate express from Kings Highway to Jay St stopping at 18th Av,Church Av,7th Av then Jay Sy. From Manhattan in the AM rush, V trains would operate express from Jay ST to Church Av stopping at 7th Av & making all stops from Church Av to Kings Highway. In the afternoon PM from Kings Highway, V trains would run local to Church Av & run express from Church Av to Jay St stopping at 7th Av. From Manhattan PM, V trains would operate express from Jay St to Kings Highway stopping at 7th Av, Church Av, 18th Av & Kings Highway.
2)Part time F trains that start & end their traips at Kings Highway would begin & end their trips at Avenue X & use the turn around track before entering the Coney Island Yard.

With the R46s not being replaced by the R160s and the 5-Car R160As (the other R160As being 4-Car sets for ENY) going to the G, give the F the G's R46s to cover the service lost because of the V and extend the G local to Church Avenue (Yes, there ARE tracks to terminate local trains there). It's pretty simple.
And then flip the F's R32s to the V. If all the G's R46s going to the F makes a surpluss of R46s for the F, put that surpluss to the V along with the R32s and you might have enough to extend the V express to Church Avenue full time.

And according to mta.info, the F is getting the R-160Bs. And the G is also supposed to get the small order of 5-Car R160As, (with the 4-Car R160As obviously going to ENY) right?
"MTA Fact" for August 23, 2006:
"A new 10-car F train costs $17.3 million."
This doesn't really throw any wrenches into any of these proposals, but thought it was worth a mention. The NYC media said the F would be getting the new "computer-controlled" trains way back last year, and now the MTA says it on their site. I'm guessing this means the R160s are really going to the F.

If the F really gets the R160, it better stay in CI yards and kept away from the Jamaica yards. I still don't understand why the Q would have the 160 when the D and N line both should have an priority over the Q. D and N lines go through more G.O. which means more service changes and that would be a great time for the new FIND system to kick in to tell passengers where the train is actually located also they both have longer routes then the Q. I can understand that when SAS opens up, it would make sense to run the newest trains down 2nd Ave but that won't happen till 2012 when only Phase 1 opens while more 160 will be coming in till then.

The part about the G lines was me asking people here if that was confirmed. As far as I have heard, it's getting the few 5-Car R160A sets that will be made (other R160As 4-Car sets for ENY).
The part about the F train was posted on the MTA.info site in the MTA Fact section of the homepage on August 23RD.
As I posted and many have seen, it said:
"A new 10-car F train costs $17.3 million."
It changes daily and now there is a different "MTA Fact" there. I posted this yesterday, and that's when you could've checked. I said in my post it was right there on MTA.info under "MTA Fact". Someone on SubChat also posted about this.

It was YESTERDAY. The "MTA Fact" on the MTA.info front page changes everyday. The "A new 10-car F train costs $17.3 million" thing was on there yesterday. Today, it's something about subway tokens in 1928, and tommorrow, it'll be something else. If you can find a snapshot of the site from August 23, 2006, you can see it. Otherwise, too bad.
